Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry and to discuss a potential partnership. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

Who can see it

Enquiries are stored securely in this website's database and emailed to our own team. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for marketing by anyone else. Our website hosting and email providers process the information on our behalf under contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
